The Master Certification List (MCL) provides dynamic, up-to-date information on certified educational institutions across Canada. Users can select from one of the two options below to gain direct access to key information on certified educational institutions, including location and contact information.

The purpose of certifying private educational institutions under Sections 118.5 of the Income Tax Act is to allow students, 16 years of age or older, to qualify for a tuition tax credit.
